Bollox, a family member is selling this for £6.5k. It's had necessary welding done last year, and maintained by a friend +- lorry specialist cousins. Tested until November.

To me it's a mad amount of money for a smokey old merc with a box and a chemical bog, but horses aren't cheap.

To be fair it looks decent enough, know what you mean about the money though. You can get a perfectly decent 57-plate 7.5-tonne box truck for 3k!!!

I currently have the horn for Volvos, so here's some:

Being sold by the account "percyandmillie"

Redtop turbo with low miles and 12 months MOT. Currently £700 with no reserve. Quite tempted.

Rather tempting.  Saucepan lids wheel trims too

Registered as an auto

Uh-oh.  Last MOT 2014, with list longer than Dirk's Diggler

Still, worth a GIB

Coupehatch is ace. I used to see it every year at Doncaster racecourse, when I used to go to the festival of BRM.

That CX belonged to a Scottish based member on here back in the day...can't remember the name, but I remember that registration number....

I know 'Scooters' had a CX, but I've had a search and think the one above belongeg to 'J-J' (last active Sept 2016)...

It was indeed J-J's, at the time it was called Aphrodite.

That poor coupehatch, it looked fooked over 10 years ago when I saw it in Lincoln. That Vitaracamper is a multiple repeat offender on this thread, it must be 'interesting' to drive, and not that roomy inside either

These facelift 147 ti's looks the business.

They do, but if the facelift 147 is the business then the 159 is the boss man. Not cheap enough yet though.

It's probably trying to load it in your facebook app and having a melt down.

350 quid LS400 with borked rear subframe. It looks nice too. The engine will probably end up in an e36 going sideways around driftland.

This was on eBay a while back - think he was asking more than 300 for it at the time though.

Coupehatch used to be a regular in Grimsby  -  the owner worked at Oxford Street Motors.  It always looked tatty but it looks terminally knackered now. :-(

A true rarity now. A dusty car photographed in an outbuilding, and no mention of "barn" nor "find" in the ad.

I'd like this for the reg. number as much as the car. A really good friend in the '70s had a K plate Marina with a local (Hereford) registration like this.

Hers was a 1.8 4dr but 1.3 is fine in a 2 dr if I can't have the Aussie 2.6 E series in my dream Marina.

Spotted on Facebook , first £1000 gets it , not sure if that means shot with the machine gun which would be preferable
