It seems a bit wrong that I could probably wangle that on my classic insurance policy. Guess it won't be long before I own a Mondeo then! (though I'd prefer one of these early ones in a nice, light metallic shade. Very pretty car. Didn't think so when they were new. How odd).

Can't believe he's sprayed wax all over the engine bay........... :roll:

 

Funny how there's no mention of the dents in roof, or on leading edge of bonnet or the fact that the n/s arch isn't actually all new but a welded repair done 2 years ago which has bubbled up further up the arch since it was painted, I did as much as I thought needed doing to make it look presentable but no where near mint.

 

Am I bitter it's straight back up for sale? not at all, I enjoyed doing the work and saving it and then running about in it and to be honest at £1150 he is only making £70 on what he paid me...... :shock:
