If you want the obscurity of a Reliant SS1 but are permanently in a hurry and have 20 grand more to spend, you could get this peachy Caterham 21

That interior doesn't look like much but it's bloody brilliant in there

I sat in one of these at a motor show in the mid '90s and can confirm that the cabin is indeed a very nice (and surprisingly comfortable) place to be.

I must admit this is a cool looking old thing

'966,428 Km's recorded'

Which is 966,427.5 Km's more than all the other sodding Ivecos in the world have managed put to together

Were these really only plated to 19 tonne?  Seems a bit of a waste of a 17.2-litre engine if so...

I'd say that was plated to the full 38 tonnes tbh, and it's not really a Fiat it's Magirus really

Another Fiat, this time a very square one that is rather fooked and has been fitted with what looks like the door from a conservatory. Did seriously think about putting this in the 'fucking scrap it M9' threads-l1600.jpg

Mk1 CRX is encouraging.

However in the discouraging column is the fact that pictures are photographs of photographs, they're all on the piss, the car is in many, many pieces and the owner has a spurious price so he doesn't have to pay the full eBay fees

Advertiser belongs on the eBay Twunts and Halfwits page. A million questions methinks

Sadly not. The 17.2 twin turbo is a Fiat development and thus water cooled.

These Nissan Pathfinders look like a modern version of a HiLux, with the added bonus of Nissan pickups having rusty chassis that causes them to snap in half. Which is even worse than Land Rover managed with their Defender.

Flippin' expensive though

If you get one in white you can get some UN graphics for it

I had a UN spec (white) 4.0 V6 Pathfinder for about 4 years. It was great! Smoll steel wheels and high profile tyres coupled with buckets of power made for a pretty good desert / beach vehicle. In fact i'm seriously thinking of buying another this summer.

That's rather nice and has the right seat material too...I wish they'd done a 600 estate or hatchback, although I suppose it'd have trodden on the 800's feet somewhat.
