I've always wanted something with a name like 'The Marauder', so I have. It sounds so cool...

I am selling my ABI Marauder 400 D caravan. It is 4 berth (two double beds).
It has loads of storage and lovely cooking area. Everything is in full working order .The fridge works off gas or electric when hooked up.I am also including in the sale awning, the electric hook up cable ,wash hand basin, cooker, grill. roller water barrel, pump, hose and drainage container and picnic table and porta potty loo. There is a gas bottle, but it needs refilling.
Its a lovely light van to tow so you won't need a big heavy car to tow. Lovely cosy caravan in beautiful condition inside and out. £850 ono.

I can assure any interested parties that there is no piss smell emanating from the carpets or soft furnishings whatsoever.
Viewing welcome.

Shame i'm too poor, that Citybus is hot, and has not been MOTORHOMED like most old buses in Oz.

Has anyone here seen either of these back in pommyland?

How on earth did that end up there? That livery is from the short lived period when Southampton CityBus bought Portsmouth City Transport (very late eighties). Original Pompey colours was white and maroon.

Would go well with this Olympian. One of the many ex Southampton buses that lives in our yard. Only came back from the painters about two weeks ago. Fleetnames still to be fitted.

Here's a fun* game when driving long distance (or short distance).

Every time you see a caravan, mentally add the word "anal" onto the beginning of its model name.

You're welcome.

Every time I walk down the drive  "anal rapido" will greet me.

Thanks anal supernaut - hey, it works with forum names too!

It was actually considered briefly, but the front seats prevented it from being Junkwatchlisted.

No pineapples in sight.

I have a large soft spot for these - my first ever car was a Formel E, and my favourite aunty who gave me that car died just last week.

If I come out vaguely on top in the Volvo 240 deal I've got going on at the moment, I will buy this.  Sadly - it seems to have lost the wacky "Formel E gearbox" along the way.  Either that, or the seller doesn't understand what he's got.  It should be a 4 speed with a much longer 4th and, if it's working, it ought to stop itself right when you don't want it too.

Want levels: MSC Oscar.

Pedals are not mentioned and it has no other means of propulsion so I'm guessing theres a hole in the floor so that you can shove yourself along with your feet. I can't see any rule that prohibits it from using the motorway, a very handy and cheap to run car.

The Formel E gearbox was also available as a 5 speed on the Polo, I had a 5 speed coupe which had the sporty low ratio 5th compared to the E's high ratio.

I haven't seen the start-stop on a Polo, thought that was only on a Passat and Santana a year or two earlier?  Polo looks mint though (see what I did there?)

Good bearding.  VERY good bearding.

I do really want to have a little go on this.  Hopefully I'll get this Volvo MOT'd briskly, a new owner found and I can get this in the bag.  It'd be nice to have one back again.

The start-stop was definitely available on the Polo as I had one, an 84 on a B. I found it worked very well, without the need for a mahoosive battery like my modern has. It used to cut out when stationary in neutral and fire up again happily when you moved the gearshift back against the spring. Never failed to restart first time in 70k miles.

Just had a new gearbox and clutch! 73k miles - how the hell do you kill a gearbox and clutch on  a tried and tested engine and gearbox combo like the fiat FIRE engine, they've been around since the original Panda and I've never heard of anyone killing a gearbox in a non 4x4!

Misery spec and I wouldn't be surprised if that paintwork is just the usual Fiat factory job faded.

Is Clackmannan  a made up place like Wetwang and Bugthorpe?
