Someone was looking for one of these from up Aberdeen way from memory, but the thread about it has gone.

Anyway here it is, a Reliant Kitten.

I've seen another Kitten performing daily driver duties around Buckie. Same colour but with the square headlights. Wonder if it belongs to the same guy...

For reason's I cannot explain, I feel it's time for a microvan in my life, and as much as I like the Bedford-Daihatsu-Honda-Vauxhall ones of the 80's & early 90's, Im after something more modern*. So the Suzuki Carry fit's the bill...

As it so happens, there are two local* to me, both over 100 miles away. Well Local does mean "within Scotland" when it comes to cars...

So the first is a shade under £700 and has a MOT till next month...

A little rough around the edges...

s-l1600.jpg

Bloody hell, did this thing tip over while carrying a full load of Dulux paint? Actually that's a very real possibility....

---

The other one, as nearly a grand more at £1,600 and has a years MOT...

s-l1600.jpg

Look's really nice actually.

s-l1600.jpg

And clean inside & out!

Also has the original wheels with tyres fitted.

Seeing as these things normally sell for a grand and up, that second one is the more tempting.

What's that? Bugger I've got to sort a few things out in my life first before I should see about getting one.

The radio in that second one is the most hideous aftermarket radio I've seen.

Would you like to drive around in Southern France looking like a total bellend?

Go right ahead:

Only three times the price of a proper hire car.

A friend of mine is building one of those. His is white with gullwing hardtop and red leather interior. Nearly finished - it's been three years so far.

Have you got a hard on yet?

No?

Then step right this way, sir:

May I kindly ask Skizzer and Breadvan what the fuck you are waiting for?

I may* have slightly bought this, a bit. I went to look at it and it took an hour to persuade it to start. Obviously I didn't let that put me off. Collection on Monday.

What does it feel like to be a winner and a hero at the same time?

I'm calling Peter Best tomorrow.

BTW if you want a fucked up red car with black tape all over the wings you don't need to go to Penzance.

I might have to enquire about the XJ as well for the hell of it, I do like XJ40s. I feel it'd be harder to win the mother over though - when I told the mother the S124 was an auto she suddenly became enthusiastic and agreed to try and win over Old Man for me (which involves selling his A4).

I don't think I'd convince either of them to let me have an XJ.

Worrying. No, wait - terrifying.

I know the feeling. Some terrifying vehicular developments could unfold at the GGG at any time as well.

Switches have been toggled, strings are being pulled. Granada migrating to Granadaland is part of the package.

Genuine Barn Find!

After a days of hard work it looks totally different, don't you think?

s-l1600.jpg

No, I don't.

Don't take me wrong, it is NOT in concourse condition and if you expect to come and drive it away then stop reading now

Yep. I just wonder why you dinglebrain didn't already scrap that hopeless shitheap in France.
