eBay tat volume 3.

Those Mazda 121s are a fugging awesome bit of kit. Zero weight, pokey 1.3 engine, nice quick gearchange and no rev limiter means they're capable of leaving some much larger and more modern cars behind in a traffic light GP. At least in the dry - in the wet the skinny little 12" tyres just spin.

That Astra is ace although the price seems a bit ripe considering it's a bit scabby round the edges.

This is just outstanding:

Aside from a set of standard wheels I see nothing that could be improved on this.

Aside from the wheels, it looks like something from a salvage auction circa 1985 ;)

Cheap drop-top for summer. (May 17th - 22nd incl, June 6th and a nice afternoon in August, provisional - subject to change)

Nah, those marks are indicative of it having been washed and driven into the shed wet for the piccies.

The title of this one has changed overnight:

scrap car saab

It was listed as a SAAB 9000 Carlsson! There's been a big price drop too. Looks like he's realised it's a spares car only, but won't hang about at £150 BIN!

The black and white Visa GTI is back on:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/130809309230

The Visa must be one of the most miserable, dogshit vehicles to have ever received official go-fastering EVER.

From Wikipedia:

"It received good reviews about its ride, performance and roadholding, but due to its older, failed facelift looks and its five-doors, even with a much lower price than the chic 205 it was not a big seller. There are now only a few GTi's left on the UKs roads and most are in storage waiting to be restored and returned to the road."

Instant autoshite promotion to LIFE WINNAR for anyone that takes this one on, then

Probably a Winnebego (sp?) bext to it, Joe. That Citroen is fab, someone should take it on.

Back in like the late seventies/early eighties it was actually the law you had to re-spray your car this colour, aka Council Estate Blue.

I like looking at the What Other People Are Buying section at the bottom of the ebay ads. With that lovely blue Audi, there are Blue Peter annuals

This is tasty http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PEUGEOT-405-1 ... 1e74bda333

There are a few faults with it as you would expect from a 18 year old car!

1. The drivers side window wont go up or down.

2. The fan belt sequels when cold.

3. The radio has been removed.

4. There is a slight judder from the clutch when moving of from standing but it changes gear fine.

5. There is a oil leak coming from some where - leaves a drop of oil on the floor when parked up.

I love a nice fan belt sequel

The owner of that Audi has been trying to fence it on for 6.5k

He will be VERY lucky to get anywhere near the circa 3.5k he gave 4 Star Classics for it.
