How much? (£3300)

Just clicked like instead of quote. Sorry!

Anyway. How is it worth that much? It has bland styling, bland mechanicals and was put together by people who seemingly had never experienced a proper car. I know that should make it perfect fodder for autoshite. But I fail to see the attraction. At that price I'd have a v12 jag.

  Agreed

The car runs, drives and stops perfectly, just as it would have when it left the factory

Neither of the two maxis I had managed to do this for long - admittedly they weren't exactly factory fresh though.

That one is sitting way low - pressure needed as a minimum - probably new displacers which are made of unobtainium.

Hello folks is my rover maestro 1.3, it has no mot but runs and drives well, I got it with no logbook either, it has some battle scars but is pretty solid, I'm based in Cambridge, would like to get £300 for it

How about a nice camper van sir?

post-20090-0-51796800-1458680743_thumb.jpg

Its what I call a marmite bus

Oh really? Do go on....

I have never put oil in it apart from service

Not even if it needed it.  It can wait.

I will try and do no promises

Er, OK.

 I hate plane vans

Me too; the bastard wings are always clipping low bridges.

I papped that on the back of a lorry in Kidderminster back in Dec 13. I've been waiting for it to appear here ever since! By the looks of things they have washed it. It's on here in my needs more effort spotting thread.

I am seriously thinking about this as it has a cracking mot history and seems a nice old thing. Would there be much love for it when I get fed up and want to shift it on in a few months time.

I reckon as long as you keep it longer than Shitpeas keeps his it should give Billy and I enough time to save up/fight to the death for it.
