* some brilliant designer had two screen sections >> front N/S was rear O/S and V versa >> autoglass would never have the handed one you wanted, even then!

 

** I discovered the screen 'swappage' quite by accident when doing chip-away.... a coach [old/schools only!] had wiper scratches in the rear glass..... :shock:

Oh, and that Trevi that's been for sale since Methuselah was in junior school has now come down to £1850 'for a limited time only'.  Getting dangerously close to a fair price.

 

Have a picture of THAT dashboard, to make a change from the usual driveway shot from 4 or 5 years ago.

I've still got the (very similar) original plates from my parents old 1977 Escort GL TFN 148T on the wall of my shed :-)

how may of these floppy top escorts did the fucking build ? There seems to be about 10 to every one hatch if gumtree is anything to go by

I don't think the Turbo style body kit was standard. They must have made 20 x more of them arches than actual series 2 RS turbo's.

As nice as the red velour is, it's going to be a lot of years until anybody spends £10k on a white W140.
