full weather equipment

Doesn't look like the kind of car which has any compatibility with 'weather' unless that weather equipment is eight sheets of fabric framed Perspex haphazardly balanced along the sides. Oh, wait -

If you come to a sudden stop those things are going to cascade onto the ground like the playing cards at the end of Windows Solitaire.

If you come to a sudden stop

Not too much danger of that in an Austin 7.  Unless you've driven into something of course, in which case the side windows will be the least of your worries.

Some nice stuff in there.........especially the A35s. The saloon looks cheap. Are you going?

I planned to go but other things have cropped up so i shall have to wait for the next auction.

There's a classic auction at Kings Lynn tomorrow too.  Looks like a few interesting motors going through - Citroën GSA, NSU Prinz, track-prepared Renner Eight etc.

I originally wrote "if you slam the brakes on" before looking at the photo again and deleting it.

Just had a look at the catalogue.......would be a bloody nice day out! Luckily* I have booked a weekend away with Mrs Alf or I could see myself getting in some right trouble

The P4 looks cheap IF the estimate is anything like accurate

The seller of this sounds like a right numpty.

Most annoying photos I've ever seen. Made myself seasick looking at them and now I've got to have a lay down. My boss is cross.

I've now got the horn for a Cavalier. I'm tempted by this one, which is much nearer me:

Looks a decent shout for the money. The 8 valve was the better engine in terms of the fact that it was utterly unbreakable, and would do galactic miles with total neglect.

The ecowreck isn't as tolerant, but its not a terrible engine

Sorry if this is a pearoast, just watching Magnum on ITV4 and got an inexplicable urge to buy a Ferrari 308.  Regretfully, the only thing even vaguely in my price range was this Fiero based effort. Not the worst ever but I've gone off the whole idea now.

That looked okay till the bonnet shot, then it went all bog eyed ffs.....

I don't think coming to sudden stop would be an issue.
