It says kingfisher blue but it looks a little lighter. Not sure if thats just the camera though.
If it goes cheap though that would be a lovely thing for cheap motoring. Get down to a breaker to replace the bits that are randomly mangled for not too much. Id say one of audis best bits of this era is they are very well rust proofed, so long as the subframes are okay. The v6 non turbo engines are very nice and reliable too.

Eta - looking at the pictures it does look more similar now. Ill be honest, the colour looks better in person than it does in the pictures.

that explains it - my late father in law had the same year/colour  but as a 5 door - he was a rep so it racked up a huge mileage - really good car

Audi A4 2.8 V6 Quattro Avant

Wtf?

Rear seat has been damaged by leaking car battery on back seat and melted the leather.

B5 A4s must be cursed! Exactly the same thing happened to mine.

Like a twat, I carried an old battery on the rear seat, with the latter "protected" by a bit of cloth, and it tipped over... because of course it did. Dissolved what was previously an utterly mint rear seat and made me sad.

A very sad sight.

They are both Daimler DR450 limousines, a long- wheelbase variant of the then current 4.5 litre V8 Majestic Major saloon and produced from 1961 -1968. They were the last complete car designed by The Daimler Company Limited - which had been taken over by Jaguar in 1960.

864 DR450 made in Coventry - and now two less - but hopefully a useful source of spares.
