wuvvum Posted July 7 Posted July 7 Am I reading the date code wrong or is someone (a tyre business no less) actually trying to flog a 27-year-old tyre on eBay?
alcyonecorporation Posted July 7 Posted July 7 I thought it said 'NBBBOBNOB' at first. But yes, that what someone appears to be doing.
wuvvum Posted July 7 Posted July 7 28 minutes ago, High Jetter said: Date is 4 digits, month & year, I thought It's week and year, but it's only 4 digits from 2000 onwards. Pre-2000 it was 3 digits - the first two were the week and the third was the last digit of the year - so 308 signifies week 30 of 1998. BeEP and adw1977 1 1

wuvvum Posted July 8 Posted July 8 The new Dacia Sandero is now under £4K. It's a 1-litre non-turbo so will be slower than a wet weekend in Rhyl, but it has aircon and cruise control and these are a decent enough steer so could be a good buy if you're not in a hurry. morrisoxide, mk2_craig, grogee and 7 others 5 5
