Pretty much all petrol Rovers that are new enough to have NOx figures on the V5 are ULEZ-compliant.

 

If you could get a Certificate of Conformity, a lot of late 1990s Rovers would be, too.

That stirs up a long lost memory - the driver's door nearly fell off my 19. I heard a clonk and thought nothing of it, got to work and got out to find the door hanging on one hinge and about to drop. The pin had fell out of the bottom hinge and was luckily lying on the ground.

Im fairly sure I remember this one being for sale earlier this year and then showing up at Fotu, its a great spec.

I picked my cousin and his wife up who were visiting from New Zealand. When he opened the passenger side door it just flopped off onto the road the top pin had broken as he opened it.  It probably wasn't even that old then, this would have been 1994 and the car was an G reg. 

Mine also used to diesel like crazy when you shut it off. You couldn't leave it in gear or it would start moving of it's own accord.

Bit of a bargain that for a Midi with a long test.  I had a LWB version years ago with the turbocharged version of that engine - that was a great old van although it suffered from the usual Japanese van problem of there being almost no discernible difference between 4th and 5th, with the result that it got a bit loud at motorway speeds.
