I seem to remember it having some sort of magic seat belt arrangement that electrically drew back the shoulder belt along the roof line.

Cheaper than airbags!

This is an oddball Fabia... one for @LoftyvRS perhaps.

Got factory xenon lights on an Elegance spec (was vRS only in the UK), either that or a very good retrofit. It's also got side airbags (rare option), and the centre rear headrest, which was a rare option because a FUBAR neck was cheaper for your middle passenger than £45 for the headrest. 😆

The late Mk1 Fabia's in Elegance spec could be ordered with factory xenon lights, but I can't recall anyone ever ordering them, they were about £500 option on both the Elegance and vRS, same price as the electric sunroof.

Earlier Elegance models never had the option of the xenons.

Now an auction item

"Accelerates in a straight line, stops in a straight line, and corners as if on rails."

" stops in a straight line"................... But not in car parks evidently!

" some car parting dents"................ Not surprised with his car "parting" skills.

Image 51 - Peugeot 205 Inca D. Genuine 50k from new. Rare car.

"I have a short thirty second video of the Peugeot running, should anyone wish to view this please

WhatsApp on the number provided, thanks."-   No thanks! Life's too short!
"It’s still as cool and the proverbial though ;)"-No it's not.

How disgusting does this thing look? I would love to park this up outside the house which once reported my Allegro as an 'abandoned vehicle'

Look at the mental gear-lever extension

No V5 obviously, and apparently no inclination to open the doors. Also doesn't run. 'Offers' (I've got a few suggestions). Glorious road rubbish though and long may it live.

First reg 1965 which is unusual. So may have an interesting history possibly exported and reimported or ex-services? It's not been plate-robbed it would not have got a C.

Does not look too bad under  the grime...maybe.
