I can feel the depression starting to set in , surely the only ferrari allegro must be worth a fortuneScreenshot_20201109-193058_Facebook.thumb.jpg.07615fe65d4bac52b868a6a120d9a861.jpg

With the price dropping by £1,500 a week, it'll only be another 5 weeks before it starts to get tempting.

Here's one of those unkillable late '90s Corollas.  The cat has been pikey'd unfortunately, but it has MOT to March and is currently on £24 with 16 hours to go.

@hairnet 33 is walking distance from me.  Can store for you in the meantime...

Or you could buy it for yourself.  There's a D-reg-hatchback-sized hole in your fleet since the Renner Eleven departed...

If you are the sort of person that can describe a service history as 'sensational', then this may well be the car for you.

It still has some ticket left and the MOT history doesn't mention chassis corrosion, which surely is the sensational part.

This looks a bit of alright and reasonably priced. A few more years and it'll be exempt - which seems a guaranteed way of getting a price rise. Always contentious and others will vehemently disagree, but I'd much prefer a stirring stick in the centre ...but I can't afford it anyway.

Years back when there was stacks of those vans on the road, pretty much everyone looked as rough as that.

I had a Cortina 1.6 GL estate.  Paid £50 for it with 3 months' MOT.  Void bushes were on their way out mind.

They used to be the classic 200 banger. I had a £150 crusader with big chrome wheels and 12 months mot on it. It drove well too. Those days are long gone.

My dad had a new 1.6L estate in 1978, replaced his Mk3. The Mk4 was (sahara?) beige and we all loved it. Both (PEM 120T and ONB 903P) still on database, but probs long gone.
