Ps, the head rests on that 806 look like the martians from the 'For mash, get Smash' advert.

For no reason I understand, I really want that.

Is there a pill I can take or will I have to go in a dark room?

Check the MOT history.  That will cure you (this time at least).  I particularly like the advisory " Fuel tank cradle heavily corroded; recommend do not fill "

I really like this, damn those seat covers and rugby ball headrests! What a great vehicle for next years shitefest which I’m already looking forward to..

About £5k too cheap … the JH at ACA has a £7k estimate.

Tidy ones have never been below £4-5k. even 10 years ago when I nearly bought one.

There's a chap up the road with two of them, I think one is a spares car and the other is an ongoing project. He's often out working on them but I've lived here for nearly 10 years now and never seen either of them run or move. I'd still have one. All the issues of a lotus with none of the badge kudos. I bet a fully fettled one is fun though, 120 odd horses in a glassfibre body and RWD?

150+ horses, Lotus 907 twink with twin dellortos
Sadly brakes and some suspension (I might be wrong here) are from a 1970s Vauxhall, so not great … I nearly crashed one on a test drive due to lively acceleration and shit brakes.
