I do not understand the comments about Rover brake fluid levels . Can someone please explain to me what the issue(s) are. :-(

AFAIK the problems in the servo, the master cylinder seals go and brake fluid gets sucked out of the system. End result, no brakes.

I thought it was illegal to sell a vehicle without a V5? In which case shouldn't the owner pay the DzvLA for a new one before selling it? Especially a fucking dealer.
