Capri 2.3 diesel... People went through a phase in the late 80's early 90's dropping diesels in knackered XR3i cabbys and Cortinas to get another 5mpg.

Being a GLs it will have the elec heated wing mirrors a rev counter and a height adjustable seat operated by  a window winder type handle  :)
