I PDI'd that when it was brand new.

All the R- - -AUA Alfa 155s came through my dealership as they were a job lot of discounted end of line cars bought by Dixon Motors. Somewhere there was one (a metallic beige 155 Super) which was essentially hand assembled by our dealership, as we used it as a donor car to supply parts for all the faults found on the others in the initial pre-reg inspections. It was pretty much a rolling shell by the time we got all the others processed.

- I'm also finding these early 202 Mercedes quite appealing, especially with orange indicators, trims and no crappy sporty pretence. This one seems ok. I don't anything about them, other than Mercedes engines taking loads of oil to fill the sump and non-specialists hate working on them. Better than an overpriced 190 or a rusty 203?

'ive fitted a strut brace to enhance the steering which has made a big difference to the way the car handles I've also fitted a K@N air filter to improve the fuel consumption and slight power added aswel.'

When I (briefly) had a 405 1.8 estate I never once thought it needed a strut brace. Each to their own etc
