I would absolutely love this. Unfortunately my Coupe is simply not selling

If I wasn't moving house, I'd be seriously considering a deal with your 172. However I've got enough on my plate in finishing the 1100 enough before moving to get, realistically, another project.

 

 

I paid about £1200 for this car about 2 years ago and thought I'd done OK! It does indeed have the Andy Clamp (which cost me about £75 I think). Set of tyres were at least £250. In fact whoever buys this is literally stealing from me.

Don't feel too bad. It's just the weird roffle economics. I'd feel guilty putting it up on here to make a profit. If I was putting this on the open market I'd put it up for that price though. This is no cheap rotten banger for sure!

 

I wish I could have had it longer. But I've got my fun, but now I need to put my sensible hat back on. It's also grossly impractical for using in the narrow, congested, lack of parking place that is Bristol.

Good question, not sure. A fair bit taller than me! But then I'm only 5ft10.

 

It's his long legs that were the problem. Had to splay them out to fit in. A problem that he suffers in a lot of cars. MX5 are completely ruled out for him!

If you decide to buy one you should be fine. I’m 6’ 6” and fitted ok (had a 3.2 and a 4.0) seat right back and down.
