Can you post me a link to the Sherpa thread please Bo11, I can't find it and the way things are going I might be in the market for a van.

Thats a very kind offer Bubbington, one which I may well accept, are you free on Sunday morning (17th)?

I just insured the big ugly Dodge. so this is defo going ahead - £120 for a years TPF&T insurance!!!

Bub could you do early tomorrow morning? If so how early?

Posted

I can do early tomorrow morning however early you need squire

You're an uncommonly decent character Bub, hope there's room on the trike for Kseal, jump packs, lucky heather etc. (You might want to pat down matey for concealed A-frames).

If I remember right, Carnies are exempt from some bits of road legislation, sling a stripy tent, some polybagged goldfish and a crystal ball in the back of the 'box and you're happy as a sand boy.

I try my best to help folk out if I can. Karma and all that. Sadly no trike, Octavia will be the steed of choice.

+1. This will be good...

When I saw that you'd won the blue thing I did genuinely laugh out loud. Good luck tomorrow.......

How is this tiny house thing going to work out? Is there much middle ground between Amazing Spaces and Battle of the Beanfield?

How I envisage it panning out is as follows:

1) fart about with the truck getting it through its next MOT and hopefully getting it mechanically ship shape, even if it's still got a face like a fight at a gypsy wedding.

2) learn how to use 'google sketch up' to model up and plan the interior. Spend ages getting it looking tip top and packaging all of the life essentials (e.g. dishwasher, home gym, whirlpool bath)

3) learn that the cab is as rotten as a pear, flog the engine to someone for their canal barge & weigh the rest in

Posted

But we all genuinely look forward to seeing you try!!

Godspeed Mr Boll, we’ll get George Clarke on speed dial. If Mr Trebus had a horsebox...

Hehe, seriously, hope it turns out well for you

With the price you paid option 3 will still yield a decent profit! Those phaser lumps aren't cheap.
