It's that godforsaken connector that was reused across the entirety of Fiat group on Panda as well, isn't it?
It's probably started melting around the last (ground) pin. If it just started, you can probably reseat it and get it to hold with some slight fiddling, but expect it to become more common and random. They are notorious for being absolute garbage. Replacements are readily available, and it's just 5 wires to solder to replace.

We replaced all bulbs on that side. They were fine, the brake/side was the tiniest bit grey. 

 

The block connector in the actual light had a bit of crud on the middle spade, but again nothing.

We sprayed the connector and light connector with this yellow shit. 

 

I got home and it didn't give me the warning. So it may have been fixed. 🤷‍♂️
