You could sell tickets to see your face as you drive away in that, Billy.  I dare you.

Meh, all it needs is new suspension and a respray, what could possibly go wrong?  Also Passats don't ever go wrong at all.  PHACT.

yes, join a vw forum, and post pics of your "ride", wait for all the comments of how "sick" it looks, then go into detail about how you will be putting factory steels on it at standard settings, respraying in repmobile silver and hanging a jacket in the back window lol

Smashing that up with a sledge hammer and then dumping what's left in the fragwould be an act of heroism.

Actually I'd slam it more, piss on it a few times, shit in it a few times, unload a week's household rubbish into it, fit a roofrack with all the tosh on it you always wanted to take to the tip but didn't get around to, post it on I-pay, and watch the downpayment on a house rolling in.

Classics On Every Corner arrived today, my prize from PC for sending in a Spotted!  Ta very much Mr Hopkins!

Ha ha, that's what you get for running your part warn WOOSUNGS up to 220mph!

All I know from watching that is I wouldn't want to be within 100 feet of any car on any rolling road, I can't believe anyone would stand directly next to a car doing 100mph plus on a couple of rollers held down with some nylon straps.

Feck me the clip where the prop shaft breaks free and flys across the workshop that would have snapped your legs off at your ankles...

And a bit of high speed tyre debris into the 'nads' that would spoilt your weekend too...

This is the best dyno fail, imo. 34 secs.

The car doesn't even come to bits.

Did you notice that the Rastamen are barefoot in the workshop?

It's lack of Health and Safety gone mad.

I think that's the Marina that was in the Tat thread missing engine and box.  Happily due for putting back on the road while the owner's Marina estate is off for much deserved full restoration.  Engine and box from the orange car nabbed by a previous owner for a Morris Minor which seems pretty criminal to do to such an otherwise very original looking car.

I did enjoy those dyno fails, I worked in a place with one about 20 years ago, it was truely awful, the noise was pretty horrendous but what prompted me to quit was the thick cloud of bullshit which would go from mildly irritable, just enough to cause watery eyes and a tickly throat, to full on blanket of the thick stuff that would choke a donkey when wankers from some boy racer magazine would visit.

You get some seriously powerful stuff on these rolling roads.

What, someone's offered you a sniff of their cheese in exchange for your car? Cheeky buggers.
