Was the mixture adjusted on your car beko at some point? Could it be too rich and be turned down a bit for the smoke test?

XUDs will always be really smoky during an MOT, because testers insist on leaving them ticking over for about half an hour before the test! I bet if you just gave it a good bit of welly, then took it back in, it'd be fine.

The fact that 98% of people get lost coming to our house means I should be OK, the shed is burgular proofed by filling it so full of hoovers if you dont hold the right one when you open the door they all fall on top of you!

I've always said that should debt collectors come to my door for historical credit card issues, I'd offer them my car without saying what it is, but they can have the keys and the v5 right now if I have it in writing that the issue is settled.... then show them what they've won!

 

They'd post the keys back through the letterbox and come back the next day though

This is definitely the centre air intake area. All the drains are clear, so the main suspect is failed sealant around the fan housing bulkhead.
