Just brings home what lousy VALU mine has been I must have spent about £700 on min and its not as nice as this one! Never mind eh I still love it.

This is a dolly 1850 auto, they have a super-high and super-rare 3.27:1 diff ratio that during my youth I always dreamed of fitting in a Marina 1300 (probably would not have been able to maintain 70mph with it in tho)

This down-at-heel looking Maxi Auto would be ace for a trip round the Nurburgring.

I think that with the exceptions of properly done X-packs and the Mk1 'Cologne', no Capri has ever been improved with a bodykit.

I'd go a step further and say no car had ever been improved with a bodykit.

By Crikey! That R4F6 looks incredibly sound (inside at least). If you want one then that might just be the one to get.

Does look nice that. I quite like the idea of having two matching vans. Hmmmmmm

I love how the stags wheeltrim has been placed sort of where it should go, just to, you know, give an indication of where the wheel sort of should be.What a shitheap!

The first-generation SHOs, yes, I can see the appeal. But we got this 'ovoid' gen here as an ill-fated attempt to supplant the Fairmont Ghia, and they are nastily-built, cheaply-constructed, unutterably hideous pieces of shit (not even shite).

Must admit, I find that about as unattractive as any vehicle I have ever seen. I think the engine probably has a lot of appeal though.

Transverse V8. Wonder if that'd fit in a Landcrab...

Now there's one for the "Ever driven anything that's scared the crap out of you" thread

Well I like those Tauruses. Grumpy sods.

No style, that's the problem with you lot. Bet you haven't got a single pair of white loafers between you, let alone a matching belt.

However, perhaps this will help:

19-something Ford Granada Scorpio Cosworth

Someone bought this to use in some dreary hotrod project, then ultimately didn't bother - for once, they didn't get the engine out first! So there's another roll of the dice for it. Though I reckon it'll just give it another few weeks before its guts end up ripped out and stashed on a pallet in the garden and covered with a blue tarp. Then there'll be another 5 years before their house gets reposessed and it all gets chucked in a skip by the property compay, along with the hopeless kitcar it was supposedly going in (probably a Jago Jeep or some rubbish beach buggy).

If I had this I would definitely turn up in an episode of The Sweeney to buy some antiques off a pair of cheeky Australian rogues.

Now that's rather more like it. I really like the Mk3 Granny in pre-facelift form.
