As mentioned in other places the local Škoda meet is really an Octavia VRS meet as they are generally the most enthusiastic owners. It's usually a sea of silver and Race Blue (which quite a nice colour in itself but quite common on these). So I thought this was quite a colourful line up. They could just* run a wire of of those to illuminate it.
