So, this morning, EXTRACTO DIGITUM was finally achieved and the Dyane saw the light of day for the first time in... well, feckin ages.

 

 

I am pretty certain the poor thing actually blinked.

 

The garage needed to be properly tidied to get to this point, which is very satisfying.  It's starting to rain now, and I am old/knackered, so more tomorrow - including finding better long-term storage for the Blingo's winter tyres.

 

 

All of my six spare batteries are u/s, so they'll be weighed in on Tuesday and ECAS visited for a new one (and a new dry coil while I'm there).

Finally made it to the metal recyclers today: £43 for 86kg of dead batteries!  That'll almost pay for the new one, which I shall sort tomorrow.

 

Then more fettling over the weekend.
