I'm sure there was a letter from a bloke in jalopy who claimed to have worked at BL and said a lot of "limited editions" with er.....interesting colour combinations were the result of supplier communications problems/strikes etc where rather than stop the line they would just put whatever they had on the cars.

I've owned more Marinas than I care to remember, and they are BLOODY DREADFUL.  It had to be said, I'm sorry.  'Evil prevails when good men do nothing' as the saying goes, and I can stay silent no longer.

 

The only good Marina is Marina Wolter - on LavernTV you can see her pushing busted cars without complaint, racing about on some JCB-style thing, and generally being fun.  I like her!
