The  Roffelsubishi has got too many hopeful winners/losers for it to be prised from their clammy grasp(s), civic unrest would ensue with mass riots, looting and burning in the Northern cities and even parts of Godalming would become mildly concerned.

 

 

I'm pretty sure most roffle hopefuls would fully understand the necessity to keep a lady being temporarily unfortunate healthwise mobile until the next roffle.
