I've no idea what's going on, because IMGUR is utterly crap at actually showing photos. I give up. The words suggest GOOD TIMES.

Are you using Welsh Internet? Because of the hills and winding roads pictures can sometimes take longer to reach their destination screen.

Any idea how to get it off human hands? It's quite determined stuff.

Even Spiderman struggled with that gutter repair goo...

I also have bother with devices going into a spaz when you post many pictures of GAZUMPTEEN TRILLION MEGATRON file size. Please knock them down a notch for us humble rural folk.

I'm on moderate suburban internet and I must admit your pics load quite slowly for me and my claimed up to 17MBits.

I'll try hammering a smaller pics over it in the future.

Acetone works a treat. With obvious caveats, death, fire, odd skin complaints.

These are superb cars. Were it not for the terrible bad leg mine gave me (related to my considerable lankiness) I would never have sold it.

is it still motoring?

has the lacquer peel self healed?

Its cracking on grand.

Infortunately I have done an eBay and shall be collecting a massive waftoloon this evening so the apeeling pug will be looking for a new keeper.

It's not me, it's you. We can still be friends though.

I'm as surprised as anyone else to be fair. The Ignis was collected bang on time with no messing and I found myself with a pocket full of money and an Internet. Something came up. As is sometimes the way.

HAO MCH M9?

Just what I paid. Which was £350. I've only cleaned it and filled it full of pump diesel. JohnK and Foad have expressed interest.

There's no faults other than the intermittent was wipe setting which wants a relay. Loads of MOT. Taxed and insured to drive away.

This is not true, I have poured acetone in my lap-top and not only do the pictures not load quicker it now doesn't work at all.

Keeping for now. Purchased modern replacement is displaying characteristics of diesel knock. Suspect incorrectly fueling/coded injectors. So that's getting punted on at a mega loss.

All modern cars are shit

Oh well, Lagunas aren't for everyone, I suppose.

I wouldn't mind if it was a fucking laguna. It's a reasonably low milage volvo.

Apaz you can't just change injectors on a D5. They're individually graded to the cylinders and need coded to the ecu. Also you cant refurb them. Even though bosch manufacture them and say you can. Seems the last giffer owner changed one and refurbished the rest.

Which is BADBAD.

So it'll be off to WBAC once the log book lands.

Lesson learned.

Im pretty sure you have to own the car for 3 months to sell to wbac,

Can you not just get them re coded at Volvo?

Possibly.

I didn't realise that.

It'd likely have to be a new correct injector and recoding from volvo. Which I'm guessing might equal the value of the car.

Some proper mechanics might be along soon to confirm,

I see second hand ones for sale by breakers so surely they must be recodable.

I think Im soldiering on with the S80 I bought to replace this little puglet so the car is now available.

Donations £6 each or two for a tenner.

1.7 lucas XUD.

160 Odd thousand smiles.

Lots of lacquer peels. Few dents.

Clutch is light, Windows are windy, NO PAS but steering is very light. ice is original. Everything works apart from the intermittent setting on the front wipers.

Scene gear knob included.

Bad points: lacquer peel all over. Pump is weeping from the throttle spindle (new one rings are like £13 on ebay). Dents.

Sorry about the big pics, I can't seem to reduce the definition.

Location is South Shields, North East England. NE348NH.
