Have asked them to see if they can work out where the leak is from and get photos. Worst comes to worst I can wander over and have a look to make a decision. Wouldn't come off at all Flapped at then krusted Other bits of rust knocked back at same time with same approach. Filled then primed corsa Doesn't look too bad. Paint ordered from paint code. Looking at the engine bay it is covered in yellowy stuff so looks like it has been rust proofed before. Where are you Iain? If it is going spare then that would be ace. My friend went to look at it and said oil was literally pissing out of the corner between head and block. Rad is leaking badly and some hoses are screwed. This was the spare so masked it up. Rear drums were skanky. Only had go faster red in stock Not 100% about the red but will do for now. Also found some rust under rear wiper Been taken back and Krusted. Then high build primer applier. I think it could do with a small smear of filler so will get onto that tomorrow. I think the rear bumper could do with another couple of coats of paint as still marks on it. The Moog Posted July 21, 2017 Author Share Posted July 21, 2017 I took up FOADS kind offer to help anyone learn welding today. He was modifying the burner to change the handle. By using the top he is creating two handles. Foad tacked them on then tried to get me to channel my inner welder. I am pretty rubbish but it has given me a bit more confidence to have a go. Mr & Mrs Foad were more than patient.
