the judge Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Wibble. 7.5 hours for a couple of light lenses? Am I right? What a twat not posting them. Godspeed!!
panhard65 Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Wibble. 7.5 hours for a couple of light lenses? Am I right? What a twat not posting them. Godspeed!!I don't blame him for not posting as the chances of glass arriving unbroken are next to nill. I had some silly bugger buy 2 rare windsceens from me who was certain they would be fine by courier. They weren't so happy when they got and big pile of broken glass wrapped in bubblewrap. If parts are rare and glass then 7 1/2 hours to make sure you get them in one piece is a price well worth paying. I went to Paris last year for two doors just so I knew they would get here without getting damaged.

eddyramrod Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Don't forget this is the man who voluntarily drove all the way to Barrow to pick me up and take me to Huddersfield to collect my MR2, with a stop-off at KruJoe's on the way back! Insane? Certainly. AS Hero? Equally certain! Bucketeer 1

I am just getting old and lazy. eddyramrod 1
hairnet Posted January 2, 2016 Author Posted January 2, 2016 many boring update plugs bought and changed - car seems to start easier on half choke instead of 4000 rpm kawasaki stylee air filter ordered id have gone to the spares shop for oil but the footys on and i cant be arsed as even it being 1/4 mile away traffic chaos and the darts is on itll get done next weekend when im off
skattrd Posted January 2, 2016 Posted January 2, 2016 I missed this first time round, quality purchase and odd couple road-trip, nice work Chris & Mark. Getting it UK papers shouldn't* be too much hassle, at least bringing it over yourself you have proof for NOVA.
hairnet Posted January 2, 2016 Author Posted January 2, 2016 can haz nova number - they want 2 ids to reg it and i have to wait for a statement - for the time being its speed camera and warden proof will go burger shop after (not that one) and see if it starts easily on no choke
