Yeah, 1996s are down to about £250/£350, it's not everyones favourite year being as it was the year of Diana and Charles getting divorced, Mad Cow disease etc... The Sega saturn had just been released as I recall.

well seems i need a new battery,got to sainburys last night at 10 oclock,left side lights on,came out flat as a butchers dog,walked back to get jumpstarter,that got her going,put tester on says all ok!!1me thinks the tester is !!1!,pictures added,original wheeltrims from 1996!never been welded...

started first turn of the key!went to local car spares,he did drop test,battery fooked,£46 lighter,back brakes fine,front well,time for trip to eurocarparts,since found the handbook toyota pack in the boot,some service history up to 2012,seems than to have only done about 2000 ml from 12-2015,re wheel trims,picture of a running man on them,no evidence of timing belt change,put that on the list,got new timing belt,front pads,rotor arm,sparksx4,air filter,oil filter,1 litre a/freeze,wrong color,fuel filter,£50,it seems the exact same color as car mechanics one,could even be its twin,has some black plugs on sills,rear chassis etc,so at some time has been well rustproofed,no mot paper,but does have where it was done seat main dealer lancaster 19/08/2014 seems to passed bar 98p for sidelight bulb,mileage than 104816,now upto 105000..

Nice,little,1996,toyota,that,with,lots,ov,history,that.passed 19psi,bar. the red colour on these,always look faded but I think its just because its a lighter shade of red.

went for mot this morning,passed just one advise,front inner tyre worn,so went a got new budget tyre £27,made by mohawk!,emissions were low for its age,will change front pads soon looking low,just waiting for the rain to stop..
