It's an OKA, aussie origins. I saw it by Eastbourne harbour yesterday, have just posted in the cars wot I neva knew existed thread.

I agree on the colour of the 1600E but I believe it is long term owner and great to see it used properly.

'Pandragger', for the lowest of the low.  They used to put castors on the bottom to stop the sump and what have you striking the ground in the very old days before hydraulic suspension.  I suppose the idea of a 'fixed' lowrider would seem ridiculous, today, but that's what there was!  The first hydraulic cars used aircraft bits to go up and down.  

I don't dislike the truck, but have never been the biggest fan of the 'rat' look, on the basis that it's limited to flat black, chrome, rust and red oxide.  They're fine, but once they've been done, they've been done.  There's a lot more variety on the other side of the coin.  Imagine said truck cleaned and re-done in the candy color(s) of your choice...
