Sold Volvo 745 Turbo Diesel 1990. £425

Volvo 745 turbo diesel. 3 months MOT. Lots of work done recently,new brake pipes all round including flexies. Recent service,fresh oil and filters. Runs well,makes a nice noise. This has the VW engine and pulls really well. It has a tow bar but the plug cap is missing and the terminals look a bit iffy. Body wise she's solid but the paints flat. Passenger rear arch has a small ding but has not rusted. Interior is ok but the drivers seat has wear but considering it has 201k miles it held up well. I need the space so it has to go. As I remember more I will add more info and when I can sus out why my pics are showing upside down I will add pics.

Sounds great. Ive got a 765 turbodiesel auto (also in flat white) and often think a manual box would suit it better.

They aren't keen on cold-starting on a strong mix of veg, but a weak mix is fine.

It should be at that age with a diesel engine, even my 1993 Volvo 944 TD had a 4+OD 'box.

Do the od boxes on these only operate in 4th? Didn't some old motors have it on 3rd and top or was that just sporty shite like scimitar etc

It was quick, I didn't expect to sell that fast. My old friend from school who I hadn't seen in years bought it off me. He got to hear through another friend that I was selling it.
