Tickets with one nights camping: £20

 

Tickets with two nights camping: £35. 

 

I'll message everyone over the next day or so. Those who want two nights please let me know asap, as I'll have to go back up and pay in advance. I'm hoping if we have more than 12 separate campers that some are in campervans or caravans, if there is an over-subscription I'll find the next nearest camp site.

 

Once again, if you want electric hook ups for your tents, they're a fiver per night from the pub.

Ok, I think we're probably at the twelve tents bit now, but I reckon the pub won't mind people kipping in their cars, but would guess they'll want the £15 per night fee.

There is a layby just yards away, but it's a narrow country lane and somebody might complain or something. People may get away with dossing at Beeston Castle car park too, but I can't promise anything!

 

I've started sending the messages to everyone now, have begun with those camping and will get through everyone over the next few days.

I'm weighing up (as opposed to weighing in) the options - deffo won't be camping though due to CPAP requirements. 

Considering nearby B&B type fing, or just getting up fucking early and blatting up there, pissing about with you lot, then back. 400 mile round trip.

It was great fun last year. Particular highlights were Jon sticking his head through giant concrete sewer pipes, Peter's Rover, walking around with Junkman sharing his pearls of wisdom, the SVM providing hilarious commentary on the cars leaving at the end of the day (the Large Hadron Collider reference and the low-budget car chase scene still make me chuckle), and, of course, Mrs. Mat the Cat's matching outfit with the 'van. Happy days.
