Event Shitefest 2015 5-7th June

If folk want to eat at the hotel on Saturday evening, I'd appreciate an indication of how many folk to expect - the hotel would like some notice. I would if we should start a new Shitefest Attendees thread so folk can say which day they will be there and if they want food (and maybe breakfast Sunday?). Not sure if Mat has anything lined up his end? We'll get the basics nailed down and will start an attendees discussion so questions and queries can remain in this thread.

A separate attendees thread is a good idea - I will start one. I'd like an idea of numbers for Friday, just to make sure we can all fit on the museum's field which I'll check out well in advance. As for food, I have nothing firm planned but will be bringing a barbecue. There are plenty of takeaways, pubs and restaurants to choose from if (when?) the weather rules out cooking by FIRE...
