If you can get some more pads for your polisher, I'll buy the Menzerna and we'll have that looking much better* next year!

Doesn't usually take much to get these old beasts running.  Glad to see things moving forward.

Have you got enough hose to get water to the hard standing at the FOD? The generator would run my little pressure washer

No, you would need a very long hose. One day the plan is to lay an under ground pipe to the yard.

I have been to Meguiar's demonstration on how to use their products a few times and I am sure first step was to wash the car. I skipped that step although where the moss and lichen was too big I did find a bit of water in a puddle to soften it up, where were you when I needed you!

@ianbmw Many thanks for getting Baggy running again! :-) He's a lovely old thing and great for trundling around and doing useful stuff, liking climbing the sides of mountains, navigating bomb holes in woodlands, pulling lorries out of snowy ditches and towing large trailers on larger trailers...

Great, but it does not need converting back to LHD and manual!

That may be more costly than a chocolate biscuit and a coffee

You are welcome to return him to as we bought him spec.

From memory I had to change the wheel nuts when I went from alloys to steels, the alloy wheel nuts may be in the compartment in the boot on the right.

That car is halfway towards becoming a 4-wheeled Robin Hood.  It steals from the rich, but hasn't quite got around to giving it to the poor yet....
