Six-cylinder Posted June 27, 2020 Author Posted June 27, 2020 Today I have noticed my old 2004 Range Rover I sold in Feb is back on the road 14 June. It was still lovely to drive but Oh so broken and rusty. I sold it to we buy any car and was relived that nobody here wanted it because I was worried about it imploding at any time.

beko1987 Posted June 28, 2020 Posted June 28, 2020 This all came about because I'm an idiot and got my dates wrong, but some jobs were wanting to be done, and the kids love it there, and my parents weren't doing anything and provided (partial) childcare, so wtoday I've been at the FoD The kids used the expensive boat like a cheap climbing frame And the diggers We moved some cars about And Chris did some reading And we drank lots of tea I also drove the new FoD executive toilet taxi (which started having brakes again by the end, and the air con sort of works. A lovely day, see you all again in 2 weeks when we are actually supposed to be there! catsinthewelder, worldofceri, Dick Cheeseburger and 10 others 12 1

Six-cylinder Posted July 2, 2020 Author Posted July 2, 2020 We had to move some project cars around and now we have 7 in a line. Dreaming out loud, imagine if Autoshiters divided into teams for a race. The race would be to fix their project, drive to the nearby town and return with fish and chips! chaseracer, Ghosty, Saabnut and 8 others 10 1
beko1987 Posted July 2, 2020 Posted July 2, 2020 Oh wow you have been busy! Did you get into the Herald? I know what my steed will be! I'd just have to start braking 3/4 a mile before I needed to stop...

beko1987 Posted July 2, 2020 Posted July 2, 2020 Perfect, it's awful when it's hot. Eva got sunburn from Sunday! I probably won't camp, in the interests of covid etc I can get home and we can all have a bath etc and come back fresh. Might be up for both Sat and Sun though... I know mum and keith are looking forward to it Tickman 1
