Norwegian defense forces during the invasion in 1940. The vehicles are camouflaged to make them more difficult to see from the air. The photo was taken in Åsmarka Ringsaker and the car closest is a 1939 Ford taxi.

Fabulous!  The multi-turreted horrors are Neubaufahrzeug or Grosstractor (the latter a prewar cover name) - effectively propaganda tanks which were built in tiny numbers. They were heavily photographed, especially during the 1940 campaign in Norway.
The smaller tank in the last photo is a Panzer II, probably a ‘C’. A light tank armed with a 20mm auto cannon which formed the backbone of the German Panzer Divisions early in the war.
Feel free tell me to shut up if you all already know this stuff 🙂

No doubt as useless as every other multi-turret paperweight that emerged from the interwar period.

One of those days in England.

Early 70s, a couple of Mk 3 Cortinas (late 1970) and a couple of Marinas (1971).  Victor FE (1972). Can’t see anything newer.
