Ding Ding Ring Ring

1972 was always a convenient cut off point until recently for Free VED

But now that genuine early cars are worth some cash the ved fakes are popping out every fucking where.

Exhibit A - 1986/9 Range Rover

Listed as

1972 RANGE ROVER 2 DOOR SUFFIX A

1972 Range Rover,  2 Door Auto,  SUFFIX A,

Although this Landy has been stood for a number of years it is far from a basket case and will be a very easy restoration project for someone,
Fitted with a 3.9 engine from a later Range Rover. It starts first time, sounds great with no smoke or knocking etc and drives well.

I am advertising this car for a friend who has no eBay account but please phone him anytime on 07947 530173 for any further information or to arrange viewing.

Hang on...

Fitted with everything a 3.9 engine from a later Range Rover. except bumpers and grill

Mot History is scary, though of course it could have been rung since 2009

So in sumry

Q-Plate queen that could be spotted from the real thing by Stevie Wonder to you my son

£10bags

FUCK OFF!

A hell of a lot of that range rover is late. Even fuel filler if i recall. Didnt make autos that early too.

yarp

:-D

I am going for all the body panels, everything under the bonnet, the entire interior, tailgates, rear light clusters, front light clusters, gearbox.

Probably easier to say that the wheels and grill look right for 1972. The bumpers are not even right :-P

Me again, found a very early DS19 (1957) for sale. I might be able to buy this as it will wait for me to save up due to the current asking price. Hopefully it will be reduced some day too  :-( . Take a look .

Didn't they do a special edition CSK that were three door? IIRC they were all beluga black. In the 1990's?

Encountered this wob-monged candidate for the over-spray award whilst walking round the block while my van was mot-ing. I didn't knock on the door to enquire about the price, but I guessed at £500 because of all the VeeDub fashion bollox. It looks much worse than these pictures.
