We all know it's irresponsible actions like your's which are causing all storms everywhere...Kinnock, this is all your fault. I hope you're happy now.

Oh that's fine then. I've got a hat AND a Volvo. Fuck you hurricane, bring it on!

I have a Volvo branded hat. Ha! Beat that!

I say Volvo branded, but it's "R" branded. It's very PH but I like it, nobody understands it :)

I still have the key fob from when I had my 240GLT.

All is well.

So do all things Volvo related work in same way galrlic does with vampires to storms?

What storm?

THIS.

It's been pissing down here for the last 3 or 4 days.

If the puddle at the end of our street gets much deeper someone's going to give it an un-pronouncable Gaelic name and claim fishing rights on it.

I bet it's all Ed Miliband's fault anyway.

Everything his his fault. WW2 was started by Ed Milliband.

Yes, pretty much. On that level I've got a shed full of bits that's stormproof*...

My Dad used to own a couple of Volvos and I have many hats and some tweed.  Does that count?

Mine is sat outside, just like it has been for the past 61 years.

My 2CV has some new drain holes drilled into the floors. It is ready. I may need to employ this trick on the Disco, which makes a fishing net seem watertight. Otherwise, I'm hoping the substantial* metal of the Daihatsu protects us. I may upgrade to a house just to be certain.

Paul, the blue Tagora will come to UK in December, will 30 kg of extra weight do or shall we take an anchor?

This former bit of office furniture has been welded into the 1100 so now all the rainwater runs into the sills as Issigonad intended rather than the footwells as it has done for years.

Since the photo, I've wiped the rust off and painted it with 'tough black' too.

I'm prepared

I have nailed 5 Polish gypsy families to my roof to protect it from rain and falling things. I am prepared!

Ah, I have a MGF with a soft top cover...... I'm fucked. However, I have a Volvo Amazon.......... I am prepared again and all is well, apart from the Polish gypsies who are still making a slight noise.
