Fucking Bastards

I went to Cornwall for a long weekend, or should I say I went to 1950 for the weekend. Visited a friend in a town called Flushing, we did a tour of the place while he left his front door wide open, enjoyed myself all in, on the drive home once within 50 miles of London I start getting wound up by arseholes, then get a text message from the gatekeeper at my unit to tell me my car's had a window smashed. So the last leg of my drive home sees me plotting the demise of every last bastard within the M25, all the while I'm in traffic surrounded by the sub human shit sitting in their ridiculous bloated German big rim display boxes totally unaware of just how close they are to being dragged off to the embankment and painfully murdered when they pull into my path and brake.

Get home and before I can grab my car keys to go and secure it the doorbell goes, I answer half expecting some salesman I'm going to have to pulp, but it's da fedz! 'Has your car been broken into sir?' Then ask me to identify sunglasses, padlock and a 10 year old satnav in evidence bags which they've found in posession of 3 shitting little fucks. How fucking superb is that?

I have nothing of any meaningful value to say about this area of the M25 but I am glad you got your bits back, shame the twats did something so fucking meaningless in the first instance.

Looks like the arse of broken glass outweighs getting your stuff back. Just wait for said scrote to be released by lunchtime and go find him...

Just as well you weren't caught doing 75mph on the M25, otherwise you'd receive a harsher punishment than them

Police should give you their names and addresses so you can "claim compensation" (if you know what i mean)from them in my opinion.

But they wont...

I don't know much about the legal system, but surely if someone has damaged your property and has been arrested and found in posession of evidence, you can press charges ?

In that case the police would have to give you their details, and it may be a more effective way of getting them to pay for the damage than getting an angry mob of 'shitters to lynch them.

I came out the other morning to find this...

Nothing had been taken but the door had been unlocked and some paper was scattered on the floor, my neighbours van had been broken into and they stole a fuel card and a bunch of receipts  The twats were then caught at around 3am having broke into another few cars on their way through the town. One of them had chucked the fuel card but kept the receipts which had my neighbours van registration number on it.

By the time the police came round to take a statement I'd already replaced the window at a cost of £6, so seemed pretty pointless going through with reporting it as I wasn't bothering to claim through insurance for a £6 window...

My neighbour did manage to find out one of their names so when I eventually track him down I'll be claiming my compensation with a brick....

Mind and wear rubber/nitrile gloves if you do, and buy some well-used footwear from a charity shop to wear then burn/bin them after to cover your tracks. ;)

I wouldn't even bother. Plod don't usually come out to inspect the scene of crime unless there's DNA to collect nowadays. So just make sure you don't drool or bleed on your brick

Not sure in which parallel universe you live, but it sure sounds good.

Yes, you could press charges and get compensation. The courts will decide he owes you the cost of a window, but because he's inevitably a prick who can't be arsed to go and get a job and instead likes to take others people's stuff, he'll only be able to pay you a pound a week.

Which will last until he gets thrown out of his accommodation, the police lose track of him, and he stops paying after a total of £3.

This is why bricks through windows are more satisfying. Or engraving "Thieving shitbag" into their moped paintwork.

Sadly this is what they most likely will actually understand in their thick, useless, waste of skin, fuckwit world.

I know what my course of action would be but could not possibly comment on an open forum or to be seen to encourage a violent and poetic response in kind. 'Cos that would be very, very, very wrong wouldn't it boys and girls.

I bet it would involve their nadgers, a car battery and an ignition coil, no? Mine would.

Not in a parallel universe, just far enough from any large city

With regards to all the suggestions of violent retaliation : I can see why people would be outraged by what happened to both Des and Something_awful. I certainly am. I can also see why people's immediate thought is that the people responsible should receive a good beating to teach them the error of their ways. And it is very easy to recommend this when comfortably behind a keyboard.

In real life, I don't think that many people would interrupt their quiet, lawful life to organise an assault on three different young offenders. What they would be jeopardising, if caught, costs far more than a broken window.

Anyway... I've been Mr.Sensible for too long... Time to grab my burning torch and pitch fork and join the angry mob... THIS COUNTRY IS GOING TO THE DOGS, BRING BACK HANGING etc.

Not sure what you are on about, but I have kicked the living shit out of little deadfucks I caught doing less severe things to my property than they did to Des' and Something_awful's. And I tell you one thing for sure, if this would be a more widespread reaction, things would become a lot calmer after a while.

As for jeopardising something if caught, first of all I don't give a flying monkey and secondly, I have no problem to await the prosecutors. I'd be actually looking forward to that.

Never give an inch if a two-by-four will do.

You're a braver man than me, Chris. I would be too worried that I would end up in HMP with Big Bubba as my cell mate / enforced partner

Why is it that everybody is afraid of everything nowadays? Exactly this has led to those little shits not being afraid to burgle you and vandalise your belongings, because they know it and capitalise on it.

I can see your point... We could have a very long discussion on this, but I feel we will be moving painfully off-topic - Autoshite is about awful old cars, not forensic psychology and sociology.

I shall therefore self-moderate and stop my ramblings here.

Edit : In a futile attempt to keep things on topic, here's a picture of some vandalised shite :

"WHAT THE, WHO THE FUC... oh, hello officer, how can I help you?"

:D

Sorry about the window, but your story made me chuckle. You have similar anger management issues to me when it comes to other people, particularly scumbags.

Ah, but which topic? The photo of the unfortunate Guilia and Bubble-Car was probably taken in Paris in the 60's student riots. The slogan on the wall 'no God no master' ( or something) was a theory of Max Weber, one of the pioneers of......sociology and ,I think barbecues.

Back to the subject of handing out kickings to scumbags that touch my cars,I'm all in favour, if I get caught 6 months inside with no booze /takeaways and time to hit the gym would do me good. If they defeat me the mortgage gets paid off and her indoors not only gets a couple of hundred thousand ,the drive would get cleared too, win, win situation.

This.

I'm by no means a violent person (anything but) but a few years back when I lived in an even less salubrious part of Glasgow than I do now, me and a few like-minded individuals who were all fed up with getting our cars tanned by the same gang of little fuckwits went out one night, found the 'leader of the gang' and had a word with him about his and his associates' behaviour.

He wasn't harmed in any way apart from a slight nick on his neck from where he foolishly struggled while a 10" carving knife was being held against it but he got the message loud and clear that if any of our cars had so much a missing hubcap while parked in the street, he would be found in a bloody heap on the nearby waste ground by someone walking their dog at 6am, and you know what? That was the end of the car thefts & vandalism.

Sometimes it's the only thing they understand.

What a fucking crock of jizz, this thread ticks all the boxes about internet 'opinions'. BRING BACK HANGING etc etc.

You can watch the twats on Jeremy Kyle tomorrow morning, with their designer track suits and diamond studded ear. These are people to whom having a mobile phone is a status symbol.

Stealing is wrong.

Apart from shoplifting.

And tax evasion.

And taking pencils and tape measures from Ikea.

By the fist full.

But other that, stealing is wrong.

I hope those dirty fucking mouth breathing mongtards get full blown cat aids in all of their eyes, and that they fall down in the road, so it's easier and more convenient for decent folk to kick them to death.

I have to admit, I did think about some violent retribution, these fuckers now have to pay for every time a car of mine has been fucked with, but I'll play the long game, they'll be my little project.

Popped to the bodyshop today, repairing the little scratches under the window and the small dent they kicked to check for an alarm, £480, Autoglass will probably charge near half that. They shall pay.
