Near the house of one of my clients. Not sure what E28 values are nowadays, but I think the Alpina 16" alloys might still be worth more than the rest of the car.....

You're very close to me, I see that 240 and VW pickup around a lot too but never got to pap them. Next time you pass the Rover 800 collection have a look at the houses opposite, one has the only other facelift 740 saloon (apart from mine) for miles and his neighbour has an Alfa 146 which must be a rarity now.

Theres a house a few doors up where I’ve seen a black Alfa 33 parked. I did see that heading into the Waitrose when I was in the long stay a few weeks back, but I had a walk around the car park and it must have gone so couldn’t get a photo of it.

The Volvos must be this guy.

Well I didn't expect to see this when I took the dogs out for a walk earlier...sorry crap photo due to mad fumble to get my phone out while the dogs tried to pull me over.

Was well worth the effort! That looks superb, hope you get to see it again closer up.

Saw these in Hednesford tonight, couldn't get any nearer to the Cortina without trespassing.

The Picarsehole was an 06 loaded to the gunnels with shite. The house is overgrown and looks in a similar state to the cars. Odd. May investigate further.

Likewise, looked really tidy from what I saw.  Vinyl roof suggests pretty high trim level to me?

Sounded nice too - clocked the noise well before I saw it!

I always view pics like that as a bit of a salutary reminder: it would be all too easy to end up like that. Fleet cull needed....

Lovely. I've always felt the Marina gets a lot of unfair press. Any lingering doubt I've had has been dispelled by lockdown viewing of Mr Hubnut's vid on two immaculate Aussie variants which caused massive want.

I'd say it's a 1.8TC or maybe the later GT.

Have always liked the look of both the Marina and the Ambassador.  Have never actually been in a Marina, but it's definitely a car which I could see having on the fleet if the opportunity arose.

More Hednesford shite spotted

Wow a fantastic spot, that's lovely. I've always had the hots for those and their Wolseley siblings, ever since as a kid a guy up the road from me bought one completely stock then kept modding it for years until after several incarnations it gained a Daimler V8 and a metalflake (remember that?) paint job. It appeared thrice in various custom mags at the time and I thought (still do) it was the nuts. I've wanted one ever since.

Great, really pleased you like it! It looked gorgeous, hell of a beauty.

I know it's not technically a "spot" but saw this at Mount Edgecombe car show 2 years ago,ot wasnt there this year.

My humble opinion the Hb is the prettiest car Vauxhall ever made.

Maybe someone amongst us knows where/how she is.

Tidy looking Mk2 Golf living on the street round the corner from mine, though is sorned and  appears to have failed MOT on emissions and headlamp aim last December. Surprised how rare they've become.
