( no offence) Well the speedometer only goes to 120kph (75mph), so getting round that side doesn't really mean much! Rocket88 1

I remember the first time I ever got a Haynes manual for a model that was also sold in the USA and reading through the translation page at the front. I knew most of them, but some came as a surprise. Rocker panel was one.. PhilA 1

AnnoyingPentium Posted January 21 Posted January 21 That dash cluster is oddly familiar... wonder why? The Nexia.
TrabbieRonnie Posted January 23 Posted January 23 Rx8... In full red 'race mode'... As soon as you dim the dash at all, it goes from white to red. The blue backlighting comes itself when you open the driver's door. Check Engine lights never dim though, do they?! MiniMinorMk3 1

( no offence) Ha! You'd be surprised! My cruising speed is 90kph, and I once pushed her up to 112, which I think is 70mph! It's the all-round drum, non-servo braking that focuses the mind and keeps your speed down, not the engine! Cornering speeds are relatively high though, think old Mini. Note.... Whilst pulling the Qek caravan, top speed is reduced to around 45mph (too high for third, too low for top!), there's very little effect on initial acceleration, but the wind resistance humbles the low torque available pretty quickly...
