Picked up this Corgi Mk1 Escort recently,in poor shape with a bent pillar and cracked glazing.

Decided to give it a makeover but with some heavy mud weathering to give the appearance of a car that's just come off a stage at a forestry rally.

What era are these from? Never seen boxes like these (although I've been into buses for a very long time, so they are probably common as muck - despite a half arsed Google search turning up nothing).

This is a pity, I don't have this version of the Dodge Daytona. I may have a donor - would a  matt black bonnet work?

That’s a shame, the Lamley Group pages are just torture these days, reviewing all this stuff we will never get in the U.K. It doesn’t sound promising with the Tesco deal ending in a few months either for the prospect of us getting Matchbox in the future.

Not round here, although HW had been restocked yesterday.

My partner works in Tesco and keeps an eye for deliveries. All I've seen is restocks of the last lot that had the Kadett in.

I mentioned this parcel the other day: some ebay purchases, all from one seller.  Well it arrived today.  The Bentley is quite nice, I don't think I want to paint it, or at least not yet.  The Commer might also be a bit too good to paint but it has no back, and fortunately I have a spare (ambulance) body to put on it.  The Rover was supposed to be a scrapper, to cut up in order to build my 800 Fastback, but again, it's a bit too good.
