This army trailer was loaded with live ammunition when it became detached from the Landrover towing it on the A3M and is seen in a precarious position above the A27, circa 1999.

I bet some heads rolled for that one, Imagine how catastrophic that could have been!

OMG 4 Wheel Steer, anything a Honda can do, a Peugeot can do better!

I'd have thought Roger Waters could afford a better car.

Be careful with that OMG RWD Eugene...

That laughing copper with the beard is ace. The trailer of ammunition seems a lot for a Landy to be towing though. Wonder if it was a FC101? Or just shite reporting?

Many years ago I was a witness to a hit-and-run on the East Lancs Road. GMP phoned me at work a couple of days later and asked to send someone round to take a statement. Obviously I agreed, and on the appointed evening sat waiting for a nice dark blue Fiesta with some smart young Detective Constable.... oh no. They sent a Traffic Sergeant in a fully-dressed Range Rover! :D I could feel the breeze from my neighbours' curtains...

I had a similar experience when my old Carlton was involved in a fail to stop fatal accident.

The one with the decker on the side was a drill. Just look at the plod on the bridge, and it takes a hell of a lot for a decker to go on its side. The B&W Viva plod shot looks awfully like 'Little London (Servia Hill)' in Leeds, the Viva is Leeds reg'd so very possible.

Dunno what those two with the crunched SD1 have got to smile about.

Meanwhile, I wonder what this fella (in RG's original post)...

would have said if you'd told him that his successors would be rolling around in a car from Czechoslovakia:
