Apostrophe & hyphen errors. Font sizing is a bit weird too.

Oi, don't criticize the Montana! Or Montata, they couldn't be arsed to check for errors. A car that is impossible to roll over, unless it rolls over.

^^^^ @LightBulbFun - surely this is 'young' enough to be on Swanseas PC? Or is it a fake number for publicity?

new enough yeah, everything from October 1974 onwards was computerised from the get go, but the DVLA at one point had a policy of archiving off any vehicle that had been tax due since roughly before 1983, so if it came off the road before then you would not see it now

heres a fun example from the eBay tat thread EPE162V is the newest record/vehicle, that still "died" early enough to get archived off the DVLA computer!

my thought/action process on seeing that:

"been told it was sat in the dry garage i pulled it out from for 40 years"

so your saying someone just abandoned what would of been a nearly new car? 40 years is probably an exaggeration  it would be DVLA-Archived if it really was laid up that early!

*punches reg mark into DVLA checker to see what the tax due date is, to see how long its actually been laid up for*

oh fuck me it really has been dead since before 1983! LOL, theres gotta be an interesting story behind that!

also means those are likely its original physical number plates dont often see acrylic/laminated plates that old! :)

it also as mentioned may of had a private registration mark applied to it, back in those days, when you stuck a private mark on something, then went to take it off, they would not actually re-issue the original mark, but just an age related one!

It is/was issued in Bristol in October 78 so as said probably swapped at some point.

Woman in green frozen solid seeing Wartburg. Is the Mk 1 Tina about to run the jaywalker over, or is that a ticket on the screen?
