So they were on show at Glastonbury festival?

Amazing what you do come across at some of these festivals. Those sculptures are very impressive.

I used to go to a few festivals when I younger, when I used to be able to survive on beer, cigerettes and 2 hours sleep without visiting a toilet all weekend. I recall it being an untapped source of shite cars both inside and outside the venues. My first festival was at Reading '91 or '92. I got a lift there by a Throbbing Gristle fan driving a multi-coloured 4 door chevette with seemingly no wheel bearings. I got a lift back home in a Fiat 127 Sport with blim burns on the velour seats. I guess its probabily all Surrey registered Citroen Picasso's and 40K VW Transporters these days filling up the car parks.

I believe this site was posted up a while ago by someone on here, but its definitely worth a re-visit.

The extreme lack of shite in the Highlands is a bit depressing. Also sick of seeing all the generic '10' plate hire car toss.

Fiat camper is nice and shite though! Is it road legal?

Lack of shite is totally made up for with that MK5 two-door, that's gotta be one of the rarest cars spotted on here for a good while!

I think the 1st-generation Ducato wins it for me - it's the earliest Sevel I've seen.

Edit: it's taxed until November!

Nice photos, I recognise some of the Mull sights.

I've been to Pennyghael House too. No dead Discovery outside when I visited though.

It has quite an interesting history, it was once owned by Genesis.

It's a first generation Iveco Daily. First gen were Fiat badged.

That Magirus Deutz is 8) It has the bonetted version of the Volvo F6/Renault G series cab....

I lived on Mull and was working at Pennyghael for Genesis when they bought the estate in 1986..the lady lost the house due to death duties as she signed it over to her husband and then carelessly he went and died..she sold it to Hit and Run records..a tax dodge company..and as revenge..Ms Gleasher stuck a Grade 2 listing on the house..which meant it could hardly be touched..hence it fell into disrepair..and is now beyond economic restoration.its now owned by a Dutch couple who cant rebuild it..and are only interested in taking pot shots at deer.
