Rocket88 Posted Wednesday at 18:29 Author Posted Wednesday at 18:29 Good drive …. Overall impressions A bit short geared, but apart from that, a very capable little car. The targa roof clips into the boot, and the rear bit folds into the space behind the seats. Clever design, which works very well No scuttle shake, and no other rattles either. Seems to do about 35 mpg, and is fairly spritely. Impressed! privatewire, RayMK, Popsicle and 2 others 5
bezzabsa Posted Wednesday at 19:46 Posted Wednesday at 19:46 were made in Stourbridge - so not many miles away..

Mally Posted Wednesday at 22:22 Posted Wednesday at 22:22 I always wanted one. Still would. Were very well regarded in their time. Some had problems with rust where the chassis member emerges from the fibreglass around bottom of bulkhead somewhere, iirc. Difficult to repair because fire. I once almost set a brand new Dutton ablaze welding, with unseen fibreglass dust on the garage floor. It don't half burn. Rocket88 1
Mally Posted Wednesday at 22:27 Posted Wednesday at 22:27 Thinking about this. I'm almost sure the owners club bought an H4. With the assertion it would probably be the only one left quite soon. I'm going back a bit* here. Rocket88 1

iand Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago The interior looks more like Fiesta Si colours, does it have the wingback style seats? Looks great though! TSW blades as well!
N Dentressangle Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago A mate of mine was involved in making the shells for those, I believe. Oddly enough he's pretty good with fibreglass.

grogee Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago A word of warning. My 'mate' Boring John has/had one of these. He will chew your ear off if you let him. Try and avoid the North Oxfordshire area if you can. Nice Fiesta BTW
richardmorris Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Great car buy, absolutely disgusting steering wheel boss. I guess it says FORD underneath and had to hide it? bigfella2 1
