I dont know if you'll be able to see this but I'll share the ad anyway. A Belgian-built Austin 1300GT for 450€

The best bit is, theres a picture of the chassis plate. Look at that. Even got a phone number for the Seneffe factory. Imagine ringing that now.

Amazingly there's still a signpost for British Leyland Belgium outside the old factory site even now. The factory is still there, but repurposed as a warehouse. You can still see a very very faint outline of the big round bathplug logo on the lawn outside.

The advert says 1.4 and the badges say 2.0- looking at the bumpers and headlights this is a US version. Would they have had such a small cc engine in that market?

Badges are also saying Galant S next to Renault , so I’d take those with a grain of salt. 😄
